A week ago, I picked up a package from the post office containing Mocchi's first single, Itsumo Soba ni.
I ordered this single from CDJapan for the bonus poster. The
poster was humongous which explains why the box was also huge.
This cover from Young Champion
Magazine was the one I like the best. Actually, I
was torn between this and the Friday Magazine cover. Both are gorgeous but I
chose the Young Champion cover. However, after some time of "meditation", I decided to order the
other one because of the poster. Fortunately, CDJapan still has some posters left!
The inside was plain. Really
plain. I was kind of expecting a beautiful shot of Mocchi on the booklet side
but there was nothing there.
The design of the CD, however, is nice.
While I don’t like the horseshoe there, its glitters are attractive.
Lyrics booklet and some other paper.
Can anyone tell me what the paper in green is for? Thanks in advance.
This is the bonus promotional
poster. As you can see, it’s the same shot as the cover of the CD+DVD single.
As for the songs, I am no music
expert but I love how Mocchi’s voice fits the songs. Both of the songs were
lovely although I'm more into its B-side, Guuzen no Mikata.
The 500 yen coin versions of
Mocchi’s single are worth the coin. Although the only difference is the cover,
it’s still good to have all coin versions, especially if you’re a Mocchi oshi. If
not for the shipping fee, I would’ve bought all of them even though Mocchi is no
way near my top 10.
