It's been a while since my last post. Got tons of school work to do but I just can't leave this blog deserted.
So today, I'm posting my unboxing of Manatsu no Sounds Good Type B. A very late unboxing but here it is anyway.
Compared to Type A (Kami 8 minus Mayuyu), the girls in this cover are somehow distanced. It's noticeable that they're not that comfortable with each other yet. Nevertheless, they delivered a not-so-awkward shot. Ignoring who the members are in what cover, Type B is better for me.
Inside the cardboard box with some gloss on it is a jewel case containing the CD and DVD. The jewel case has the same image with that of the cardboard case.
The general bonus pic, by the way.
The shot of the plant (dandelion?) gives a summery feeling but the striking red color is kinda off.
Red, red, and red! DVD and the insert photo.
Booklet and voting ticket. Aaaaaand...
Kizaki Yuria insert.
Despite the mixed reactions, I find Manatsu no Sounds Good! a good summer single release. Until now, I still listen to the title track from time to time. The music video was also visually appealing but it was not a good decision to put the bikini dance shot (for the sake of just having it) and the technologically advanced scenes together. T'was kind of confusing.
The coupling tracks were so-so. Mitsu no Namida had a cute music video but Gugutasu no Sora was meh.
What made this single worth-buying is the election profiles. This is a good opportunity to know more girls. I honestly did watch the entire thing when I was bored. Oh, and let us not forget the voting ticket (which I wasn't able to use :P).
